Gulab Jamun Recipe

Jamun Gulab Jamun are  popular in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Nepal, gulab jamun is a dessert from South Asia. Recipe for gulab jamun is composed of fragrant, sweet sugar syrup soaked deep-fried dough balls. A little more about its parts and history is provided below:

Component:

Dough Balls:  Traditionally, khoya (milk solids) or milk powder are combined with a tiny quantity of flour and leavening chemicals to make the dough. Little balls of dough are formed, and they are deep-fried till golden brown.
Sugar Syrup:  Cardamom, rose water, and occasionally saffron or kewra (pandanus flower extract) are added to a sugar syrup that is soaked in fried dough balls.

● Khoya ½ kg (Roasted)

● Maida 1 tablespoon
